I’m Raviraj Singh Rathore, a results-driven hospitality professional with over 11 years of diverse experience in restaurant operations and hotel management across India and Bangladesh. My journey in the industry began with a deep respect for service, discipline, and human connection—values I carry forward in every role I take.
From my early days as an Industrial Trainee at the iconic Taj Rambagh Palace to becoming the owner of Ginger & Garlic in Ajmer, I’ve embraced every opportunity to learn, lead, and grow. I’ve held leadership roles in reputable brands like The Great Kabab Factory and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, where I was recognized for elevating guest satisfaction, optimizing cost efficiency, and training high-performing teams.
